Requirements
- •Degree in engineering or comparable technical field
- •Experience in industrial CapEx cost estimation
- •Knowledge of common contracting models
- •Understanding of project development phases
- •Experience in assessing cost risks
- •Experience with Cleopatra Enterprise (surplus)
- •Strong communication and analytical skills
- •Confident personality and stakeholder management
Education
Bachelor's degree

Tasks
- •Prepare and review AACE Class 5 to 2 cost estimates
- •Manage CapEx projects through stage-gated investment processes
- •Validate cost estimates from external engineering partners and suppliers
- •Assess scope changes, cost deviations, and contractor claims
- •Collaborate with Project Controlling on forecasting and post-calculations
- •Conduct lessons learned sessions following project execution
- •Develop standardized cost estimation methodologies and risk documentation
- •Maintain cost benchmarks, reference data, and unit rates
- •Monitor market trends and cost developments
