Requirements

Tasks

  • Coordinate multiple market expansion projects
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure clear communication of workflows, processes, and guidelines
  • Support development of market entry guidelines and processes
  • Document market entry guidelines and processes
  • Update market entry guidelines and processes
  • Align stakeholders on project timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
  • Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, or risks
  • Support process optimization efforts
  • Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies
  • Ensure project transparency and timely follow-up
  • Prepare project reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Act as main contact for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate information flow between IHQ and global offices
  • Become an expert in PM International sales operation system
  • Become an expert in project management software
  • Support sales system setup, usage, and adoption
  • Travel internationally for country launches
  • Coordinate on-site activities
  • Train local teams
