- Track book process from post-acquisition to post-publication
- Resolve post-acquisition, production, and post-publication issues
- Advocate for Springer Nature standards
- Oversee vendor performance and provide feedback
- Communicate with authors, editors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Mentor and support vendor staff
- Guide authors and editors on policies and production standards
- Support publishing colleagues on copyediting, typesetting, and printing
