- Exposure to automation solutions (e.g. Power Apps, Azure Dataverse) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English language
Tasks
- Develop and roll out project controlling tools
- Define project pre-calculation standards
- Support quality checks during pre-sales and approval phases
- Establish project execution controlling and reporting
- Ensure feedback loops via lessons learned
- Provide ongoing controlling support to project managers
- Monitor project performance against budget
- Prepare and facilitate monthly project review meetings
- Conduct project risk assessments
- Contribute to internal risk reporting
- Prepare monthly project controlling reports
- Ensure PoC accounting in line with IFRS
- Prepare reports for external financial and commercial objectives
