As a Project Controller, you will play a vital role in managing project finances, executing performance measures, and preparing financial reports. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and support project success.

Tasks

• •Execute project performance controlling measures
• •Analyze costs, revenue, cash flow, and margin
• •Recalculate forecasts and analyze variances
• •Calculate change orders and utilization
• •Ensure accurate booking of project financials
• •Support month-end closing and accruals
• •Assist with invoicing and monitor receivables
• •Follow up on supplier invoices
• •Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts
• •Provide data for Project Management and Senior Management
• •Support Sales in risk identification and contract negotiations
• •Assist with taxes, insurance, and contract compliance
• •Aid project management in risk mitigation and claim management
• •Challenge financial numbers and provide pragmatic solutions
• •Assist Finance during year-end and client audits
• •Utilize SAP Project Management software for data entry
• •Enter project milestones and budgets
• •Review capacities and critical dates with project managers
• •Monitor deadlines and coordinate dates across departments
• •Resolve project priority conflicts with project managers
• •Maintain Business Partners and project numbers in SAP
• •Prepare routine project costing reports
• •Track project metrics and prepare tracking tools
• •Ensure timely and accurate project information availability
• •Maximize information effectiveness using reporting systems
• •Perform special projects or additional duties as assigned
