Requirements
- •University degree in Engineering or related field
- •Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project or portfolio controls
- •Strong industry insight and familiarity with regulatory and operational challenges
- •Proficiency in Primavera P6, OPC, Interaxo, MS Project, SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- •Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- •Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
- •Capability of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- •Willingness to travel as project needs dictate

- •Implement project controls standards and requirements
- •Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets
- •Monitor and track key project milestones
- •Create and maintain manpower curves as needed
- •Prepare and support Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA)
- •Contribute to tender documentation with project control inputs
- •Maintain and update schedule and cost forecasts
- •Initiate and manage re-baselining processes
- •Report accruals and cash flow to the finance team
- •Track and follow up on claims and change order requests
- •Lead progress meetings with contractors
- •Provide high-level portfolio overview support
- •Prepare comprehensive project reports
- •Deliver monthly progress and cost reports
- •Support project managers with performance data
- •Promote communication and collaboration across teams
- •Collaborate with the Financial Manager on forecasts
- •Work with the Contract Manager on claims and change orders
