Requirements
- Degree in Law (preferable), Engineering, Economics/Finance, or Business with contract management or legal department experience
- Mandatory English and German language skills; other languages a plus
- Previous experience in Contract Management or Legal department (a plus)

Tasks
- Apply contract, claims, and insurance management
- Contribute to preparing contract summaries
- Ensure contract summaries are widely communicated
- Ensure contract summaries are regularly updated
- Support organizing Contract Management Day with Core Project Team
- Analyze contracts for management implementation
- Build and drive contract and claim management implementation
- Update contract management with the project team quarterly
- Monitor adherence to contract obligations
- Monitor project schedule against contractual milestones
- Issue timely contractual notices to customers and partners
- Establish project-specific commercial procedures
- Implement project-specific commercial procedures
- Manage procedures for correspondences, notifications, and insurance
- Manage procedures for variation requests and claims preparation
- Ensure reliable filing of customer and partner correspondence
- Ensure easy access to customer and partner correspondence
Education
- Bachelor's degree
