Tasks

• •Shape the roadmap for availability and overstock performance
• •Lead collaboration initiatives with vendors and manufacturers
• •Identify efficiency improvements and reduce logistics costs
• •Optimize end-to-end product flow and collaborative forecasting
• •Streamline vendor processes with internal ordering systems
• •Act as key stakeholder for EDI rollout
• •Define strategic targets and project priorities for FP&R
• •Ensure roadmap execution across procurement and logistics
• •Improve forecasting accuracy and stock efficiency
• •Enhance automation and scalability across replenishment processes
