Tasks

  • Lead cross-functional and international project teams.
  • Ensure project targets are met for assigned projects.
  • Foster good collaboration within project teams.
  • Manage project synergies and dependencies.
  • Create project plans.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and costs.
  • Communicate project plans.
  • Update project plans.
  • Track project status, progress, risks, and issues.
  • Communicate project status, impacts, and profitability.
  • Initiate and support escalations for at-risk targets.
  • Follow up on project escalations.
  • Drive solutions and decisions for program success.
  • Provide input on sales prices for design changes.
  • Provide input on IC sales price updates.
  • Ensure adherence to APQP processes.
  • Ensure adherence to customer-specific processes.
  • Act as key customer contact during the program.
  • Manage engineering changes with the Launch Manager.
  • Manage VAVEs with the Launch Manager.
  • Lead a safety-first approach and zero-accident culture.
  • Ensure and monitor accident prevention.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Fulfill assigned deputy or back-up roles.
