Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role
  • •Strong grasp of Agile at Scale (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
  • •Skilled in capacity planning, forecasting, and risk management
  • •Proven ability to influence without authority
  • •Passion for operational excellence

  • •Align capacity with roadmap commitments and identify risks early
  • •Build forecasting and throughput mechanisms for predictability
  • •Inspect and improve agile ceremonies across teams
  • •Ensure consistency and focus in delivery processes
  • •Enforce clear goals, acceptance criteria, and dependency management
  • •Track sprint execution and identify blockers or delivery risks
  • •Establish scalable delivery practices and governance
  • •Create dashboards and reports for delivery health visibility
  • •Foster a culture of continuous improvement in engineering and product
  • •Connect engineering groups to manage dependencies
  • •Partner with leaders to maintain shared delivery accountability
  • •Translate strategy into execution to deliver roadmap goals
