Requirements

Tasks

  • Design and pilot next-generation Managed Trading Services
  • Define service levels, standard operating procedures, and value propositions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build and launch new services
  • Ensure services deliver verifiable customer value during the pilot phase
  • Translate Tradebyte’s fashion and lifestyle expertise into scalable service products
  • Decide on internal resource allocation and ecosystem alliances for service delivery
  • Serve as the primary internal power user for the Product team
  • Translate manual service requirements into scalable, automated tooling
  • Develop pricing and commercial models for services
  • Document and lead the operational handover to Customer Operations and Service
  • Support strategic matchmaking to help brands overcome operational hurdles
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in Retail Media and Marketplace operations

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
