- Cover operational, financial, and IT processes in audits
- Define audit scope, objectives, and timelines
- Develop structured audit programs with the Internal Audit Manager
- Analyze business processes to identify risks and control weaknesses
- Identify improvement opportunities in business processes
- Perform detailed audit procedures
- Ensure high-quality documentation and sufficient audit evidence
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports and presentations
- Deliver audit reports and presentations to management
- Include practical, value-adding recommendations in reports
- Engage stakeholders to discuss findings and challenge processes
- Drive improvements through constructive engagement
- Monitor and follow up on agreed actions
- Ensure timely and sustainable remediation of issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
- Ensure consistency and share best practices
- Enhance audit effectiveness through collaboration
- Apply analytical thinking and data-driven approaches
- Use digital tools to improve audit quality and efficiency
