Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, apprenticeship, master craftsman, technician, or experience in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or automation
  • •Previous experience in the electronics sector (SMD/T and THT production)
  • •Strong sense of quality, cost-effectiveness, and responsibility
  • •Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP), especially Excel
  • •Initiative, independent, structured, transparent, and reliable working style, as well as team spirit
  • •Technical knowledge and manual skills
  • •Proficiency in German, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
  • •Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung wie Lehre, Meister, Techniker etc. oder Erfahrung aus den Bereichen Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierung, aber auch für Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) geeignet (erfüllen der Anforderungen vorausgesetzt)
  • •Vorerfahrung im Elektronikumfeld (SMD/T- und THT-Fertigung) wünschenswert​
  • •Gutes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Wirtschaftlichkeitsdenken sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein​
  • •Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office, ERP), besonders Excel​
  • •Eigeninitiative, selbstständige, strukturierte, transparente und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist​
  • •Technisches Wissen und handwerkliches Geschick
  • •Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist essentiell, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
