Tasks
- Ensure quality across serial production of UAVs and electronic assemblies
- Define, monitor, and optimize quality processes
- Define, monitor, and optimize inspection plans
- Define, monitor, and optimize control points
- Analyze production data
- Produce root cause analyses (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA)
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Facilitate smooth product transition into serial production
- Carry out incoming inspections
- Carry out in-process inspections
- Carry out final inspections
- Document incoming inspections
- Document in-process inspections
- Document final inspections
- Develop quality KPIs
- Maintain quality KPIs
- Drive defect prevention measures
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, aviation standards)
- Develop test methods
- Validate test methods
- Maintain test methods
- Develop inspection equipment
- Validate inspection equipment
- Maintain inspection equipment
