- •Familiarity with high-tech company logistical processes
- •Collaboration skills with Warehouse & Inventory teams
- •Customer-oriented mindset towards Production
- •Ability to escalate production imbalances
- •Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and XLOOKUP
- •Interest in all levels of Planning
- •Knowledge of KPIs, 5S, and Lean Improvement
- •Experience implementing concepts in Warehouse/Logistics
- •Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- •Strong and clear communication skills
- •Team player with interest in growth
- •Business fluent English verbal and written
- •German language skills as a plus

Tasks
- •Develop and implement production plans based on the master schedule
- •Support prototyping and series ramp-up projects
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
- •Coordinate with purchasing and program teams to ensure on-time builds
- •Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks
- •Initiate corrective actions to maintain product flow
- •Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management
- •Implement scheduling concepts within ERP and MES systems
- •Create and maintain master data including BOMs and routings
