Description

In this role, you will focus on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, particularly in welding technology and printing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, executing trials, and ensuring that production targets are met.

Requirements

• •Technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering) or comparable qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in industrial application of welding and printing technologies
• •In-depth understanding of technical processes and material properties
• •High level of personal responsibility, independence, and goal orientation
• •Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• •Ease in communicating in German; communication skills in English is a plus

Tasks

• •Develop and optimize specialized manufacturing processes
• •Focus on welding technology and printing methods
• •Specify manufacturing processes and manage associated parameters
• •Collaborate with internal and external partners on equipment and tools
• •Execute and evaluate manufacturing trials with industry partners
• •Select processes and parameterize for new product production
• •Consider technical and economic aspects in process selection
• •Adopt a structured and solution-oriented approach to new technologies
• •Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Product Development, and IT
• •Provide technical supervision of automated production systems
