Tasks
- Plan and control production operations within SAP R/3
- Create, release, maintain, monitor, and complete production orders
- Schedule and manage production orders considering capacities, priorities, and material availability
- Continuously monitor production progress and intervene in case of deviations
- Analyze production deviations and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure material availability for production in coordination with material planning, warehouse, and purchasing
- Resolve material shortages, stock discrepancies, and booking errors
- Support inventory counts and execute inventory adjustments
- Maintain and ensure accurate master data, including bills of material and production parameters
- Ensure data consistency between SAP R/3 and connected MES systems
- Provide production and shop floor support for manufacturing and cross-functional teams
- Analyze production KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and throughput
- Monitor and utilize automated consumption postings
- Prepare reports, analyses, and evaluations related to production performance
- Support month-end closing activities in production and inventory areas
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production, control, and system processes
