- Manage a production area for Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB)
- Implement capacity planning and optimize resources
- Identify optimization opportunities in production processes
- Manage Continuous Improvement (CIP) projects and workshops
- Ensure production processes through effective leadership and organization
- Collaborate with HR for employee recruitment
- Guide and motivate team members while developing their potential
