Requirements

• •Proven track record in production of live events, permanent attractions, or immersive experiences
• •Successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, or permanent attractions
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• •Passion for the entertainment industry
• •5+ years of experience in live events or experience production industry
• •Professional fluency in German and English; other languages are a plus
• •Ability to organize multiple aspects of an event efficiently
• •Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions in production
• •Proven experience in vendor negotiations and managing production budgets
• •Understanding of technical production requirements and basic knowledge of fabrication processes
• •Strong network of vendors and venues
• •Curiosity and appetite for learning

Tasks

• •Obtain necessary Event and Building Permits
• •Meet insurance requirements and conduct risk assessments
• •Source and negotiate with local staffing agencies
• •Order operational supplies for show installation
• •Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
• •Focus on audience engagement and innovation
• •Maintain clear documentation throughout production
• •Handle administrative duties like expense reports and invoicing
• •Work with the legal department on contracts
