- Current work authorization valid in Germany
Tasks
- Design and improve production and assembly lines
- Optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
- Ensure production methods meet quality and efficiency targets
- Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes using Lean Management
- Execute continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the main plant
- Act as process owner for crimping and screwing processes
- Plan and implement logistics processes in warehouse management
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives in production
- Conduct layout planning to optimize production flows
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and cross-functional partners
