Requirements

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Controlling) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling (Sondermaschinenbau von Vorteil)
  • Verständnis von Kosten-/Leistungsrechnung und Produktkostenkalkulation
  • Sehr gute SAP R/3/S/4 (FI, CO, PP, MM) und MS Office (Excel, Power Query, PPTX) Kenntnisse, BI Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Selbstbewusstsein, Empathie und Gestaltungsanspruch
  • Analytisch-konzeptionelles und kritisch hinterfragendes Denken
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Tasks

  • Aussagekräftige Analysen und Berichte erstellen
  • Regelmäßige Performance Reviews durchführen
  • Kennzahlen in Produktivitäts- und Performancetreiber übersetzen
  • Konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
  • An Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mitwirken
  • Forecast- und Planungsprozesse steuern und begleiten
  • Kostenstellenplanungen durchführen
  • Plan-Ist-Analysen durchführen
  • Produktkostenkalkulationen durchführen
  • Bestandsbewertung und -controlling durchführen
  • Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen durchführen
  • Controlling- und Planungsinstrumente automatisieren
  • An Optimierungsprojekten mitwirken
