Requirements

  • •Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field
  • •Background in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
  • •Some years of experience in HPLC or related analytical sciences
  • •Hands-on experience with LC/MS systems, Xcalibur™, and/or Chromeleon™ software
  • •Advanced experience in adult training
  • •Strong presentation skills
  • •Strong organizational skills
  • •Structured working style
  • •Attention to detail
  • •Affinity to technical contexts
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • •Organizational relations
  • •Ownership of tasks and driving them to completion
  • •Very good communication skills in German and English

Tasks

  • •Develop and maintain technical training materials for HPLC products
  • •Plan and conduct online and in-person technical training sessions
  • •Provide international support for resolving technical issues with analytical instruments
  • •Conduct tailored service training for local teams
  • •Repair and refurbish returned instruments
  • •Report troubleshooting findings and potential quality issues
  • •Manage cross-functional projects and project work
  • •Communicate field feedback to relevant departments for product improvement
