Requirements
- •Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field
- •Background in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- •Some years of experience in HPLC or related analytical sciences
- •Hands-on experience with LC/MS systems, Xcalibur™, and/or Chromeleon™ software
- •Advanced experience in adult training
- •Strong presentation skills
- •Strong organizational skills
- •Structured working style
- •Attention to detail
- •Affinity to technical contexts
- •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- •Organizational relations
- •Ownership of tasks and driving them to completion
- •Very good communication skills in German and English
- •Experience in project management
- •Willingness to travel (inter)nationally

Tasks
- •Develop and maintain technical training materials for HPLC products
- •Plan and conduct online and in-person technical training sessions
- •Provide international support for resolving technical issues with analytical instruments
- •Conduct tailored service training for local teams
- •Repair and refurbish returned instruments
- •Report troubleshooting findings and potential quality issues
- •Manage cross-functional projects and project work
- •Communicate field feedback to relevant departments for product improvement
