Product Supply Owner(m/w/x)
Owning global supply chain execution for strategic life science products. 5+ years managing global supply chains in manufacturing or life sciences required. Employee Stock Purchase Plan, private health insurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- At least 5+ years managing global supply chains in manufacturing or life sciences environments, including multi-site and multi-technology operations
- Strong expertise in supply chain analytics, strategic planning, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change in matrix organizations
- Advanced business analytics capabilities, including development and use of dashboards to monitor and improve operational performance
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally, approximately 25–50% travel required
- Fluent English required; German language skills considered an advantage
Tasks
- Drive end-to-end supply chain performance
- Translate portfolio strategy into supply plans
- Ensure operational excellence globally
- Own supply chain execution for strategic products
- Achieve service, OTIF, backlog, inventory, cost, and working capital targets
- Mitigate bottlenecks and ensure continuity
- Lead cross-functional coordination
- Ensure reliable execution and issue resolution
- Identify and escalate supply, quality, capacity, and business risks
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support tech transfers and NPIs
- Manage product changes and end-of-life transitions
- Monitor and communicate KPI performance
- Maintain risk visibility and financial transparency
- Update stakeholders with structured reporting
