Tasks

  • Own process knowledge throughout commercial lifecycle
  • Ensure robust, validated, and continuously improving processes
  • Maintain oversight of entire manufacturing process
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for technical/scientific support
  • Create and maintain product-specific Quality Risk Assessments
  • Monitor critical process variables using statistical analysis
  • Ensure process variables are in control
  • Define and implement validation strategies
  • Support validation activities
  • Coordinate technical transfers and validation batches
  • Review Annual Product Quality Reviews
  • Adapt control strategies as needed
  • Drive harmonization of technical processes
  • Optimize technical processes across the site
