In this role, you will be at the forefront of spine microsurgery, shaping future offerings and enhancing clinical workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, observing industry trends, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• •University degree in medicine, natural sciences, or engineering with additional business administration qualification (MBA) or PhD
• •At least 5 years of professional experience in the medical industry or clinical environment
• •Specific clinical or medical knowledge in neurosurgery and spine interventions
• •Commercial knowledge in the respective medical market
• •Fluent English language skills and intercultural negotiation skills
• •Well-founded project and product management skills
• •High degree of social skills and customer orientation

Tasks

• •Own the applicative and clinical understanding of spine microsurgery procedures
• •Observe trends and developments in clinics and the industry
• •Propose and evaluate potential offerings to enhance clinical outcomes
• •Shape future offerings in spine microsurgery
• •Act as the spokesperson for a holistic view of spine microsurgery workflows
• •Contribute to workflow solution concepts in product generation projects
• •Drive early innovation projects and clinical studies
• •Establish and maintain close customer relationships in spine clinical environments
• •Ensure integration with all areas of the Business Unit and relevant MED or ZEISS entities
