Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in Agile Project Management or Product Management
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent work experience
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills
  • •Knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA), SAP HCM SuccessFactors or SAP Business Technology Platform
  • •Experience in data migration projects (Data Conversion, Data Mapping & Transformation, or Data Migration Management)

Tasks

  • •Collaborate with the Product Manager to drive product success
  • •Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders
  • •Foster collaboration with the development team
  • •Evolve the product to meet customer needs using the latest technologies
  • •Scope product releases and prioritize features
  • •Help design the product roadmap
  • •Contribute to product vision and value proposition
  • •Conduct market and competitive analysis
  • •Translate customer requirements into actionable stories for the backlog
  • •Work with international engineering teams to deliver software releases on time and within budget
  • •Create deliverables for release milestones
  • •Support budget planning and product reporting
  • •Prepare materials for Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services
  • •Support stakeholder management through training and requirement gathering
  • •Engage in customer success activities and participate in customer events
