- Die Produktstrategie und Roadmap für SuccessFactors und HCM im Rahmen der Cloud-Transformation steuern
- Die Backlogs priorisieren und die Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, HR Fachbereichen und externen Partner:innen sicherstellen
- Die Integrationsszenarien zwischen SuccessFactors, HCM, Add-ons und Drittanwendungen koordinieren
- Die Einhaltung von Architektur- und Sicherheitsstandards sicherstellen
- Eng mit dem HR Architekturboard abstimmen und aktiv an strategischen Entscheidungen mitwirken
- Die Hauptverantwortung für die Aussteuerung und Lead-Führung in den Streams Integration, Migration, Testmanagement, Reporting, Solution Architektur und Plattform tragen
