- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal teams and external developers
- Create and maintain developer documentation and onboarding flows
- Identify new plugin use cases to expand platform capabilities
- Shape the developer experience with clear architecture and strong tooling
- Manage the plugin ecosystem lifecycle across cross-functional teams
- Collect developer feedback and evaluate metrics for continuous improvement
