- Analytical mindset with data-driven improvement ability
- Experience and skills in Product Management or Ownership
- Familiarity with promotion, pricing, or campaign management tools
Tasks
- Define and communicate long-term CPM vision
- Align CPM vision with commercial leaders and stakeholders
- Position CPM within Unified Promotion Platform
- Support consistent promotion logic and data structures
- Build and maintain promotion roadmap
- Cover key promotion mechanics in roadmap
- Improve promotion workflow accuracy and consistency
- Enhance status handling, article mapping, and funding setup
- Strengthen validation, error handling, and user guidance
- Ensure CPM aligns with UPP architecture
- Act as main contact between commercial and engineering teams
- Translate business needs into scalable features
- Collaborate with BI, pricing, and product teams
- Ensure alignment and integration with reporting and systems
- Prioritize CPM backlog
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering and architecture
- Define and track KPIs
- Support adoption with documentation, training, and change management

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
