Requirements

  • IT affinity or relevant technical/business education with experience in product ownership, CRM, master data management, or project coordination
  • Leadership experience guiding, developing, and empowering teams
  • Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Experience in international environments and cross-country collaboration
  • Knowledge of customer data systems or CRM technologies
  • Experience handling user accounts, master data management, and identity provider
  • Structured work approach and resilience in demanding phases
  • Customer-driven mindset
  • B2 English proficiency

Tasks

  • Lead team disciplinarily and professionally
  • Collaborate with business units, IT partners, and product teams
  • Drive stable, high-performing customer data landscape
  • Own product end-to-end: strategy, vision, roadmap, budget, operational excellence
  • Refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer data systems
  • Identify and prioritize business and technical requirements
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of customer data systems
  • Understand technical and functional scope of systems
  • Drive development to meet future business needs
  • Serve as primary contact for internal departments, key users, IT teams, external partners
  • Ensure stable, robust product environment
  • Balance project work, system enhancements, operational tasks
  • Foster open feedback culture
  • Encourage continuous learning and improvement
  • Contribute to cross-team collaboration and alignment
  • Support further development of Customer Data ecosystem
