Requirements

  • •Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
  • •Proven experience with change projects including IPaaS systems, such as MuleSoft
  • •Hands-on experience with global or U.S.-based rollout projects for MDM systems
  • •Familiarity with CIAM solutions, such as Salesforce Identity
  • •Experience with Reltio or Veeva Network highly preferred
  • •Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry strong plus
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
  • •Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Bachelor's degree

  • •Define and communicate the vision and goals for digital capabilities
  • •Align the roadmap with customer engagement strategy and user experience
  • •Support organizational change management with clear communication
  • •Create and manage tool training support and documentation with vendors
