- Ensure clear processes and team alignment
- Create and prioritise user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Plan and manage engineering capacity and cycle planning
- Support engineering team during delivery
- Clarify open questions and ensure technical feasibility
- Test new features and ensure quality criteria
- Analyse usage data, error sources, and KPIs
- Continuously improve product success metrics
- Optimise and automate existing processes
- Communicate with business stakeholders
- Support go-to-market preparation and internal communication
- Own and optimise SaaS principles on the platform
- Develop product strategy and roadmap with leadership
- Focus on packaging compliance and regulatory requirements
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
Languages
- English – Fluent
- German – is a plus
