  • •Fundiertes Verständnis für AI, LLMs, Prompt-Design und API-Integration
  • •Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. DSGVO, C5, Security & Compliance)
  • •Starkes Kommunikationstalent und agiles Mindset (Scrum/Kanban)

  • •User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und funktionale Spezifikationen für AI-gestützte Features formulieren und dokumentieren
  • •Backlog nach Customer Value, technischem Aufwand und regulatorischen Anforderungen priorisieren
  • •Reviews mit Business-Ownern, medizinischen Experten und AI-Teams durchführen
  • •Fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare Tasks für Front- und Backend übersetzen
  • •Sprints, Releases und Rollouts in Abstimmung mit DevOps planen
  • •Sicherstellen, dass AI-Funktionen compliant und performant live gehen
  • •Produktverantwortung für den AI-Bereich von der Idee bis zum Go-Live tragen
