Requirements
- Degree in technology and management or electrical engineering with semiconductor focus
- High interest in automotive, industrial, robotics industries and their interconnections
- High motivation to gain semiconductor expertise, especially in sensors
- Strong presentation skills, ideally demonstrated previously
- Keen to support strong customer relationships
- Strong public speaking, comfortable with large, senior groups
- English business fluent
- Regular domestic and international travelling worldwide
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Tasks
- Investigate market trends and competitive landscape
- Analyze PESTEL factors to identify risks and opportunities
- Develop and review market models for TAM/SAM/SOM
- Integrate product lifecycle models with revenue planning
- Monitor competitor activities and establish benchmarking
- Provide market intelligence and portfolio insights
- Support product roadmap definition with cross-functional teams
- Continuously monitor product portfolio for gaps and opportunities
- Develop worldwide pricing strategies with Product Managers
- Support the quoting process
- Understand market requirements and customer pain points
- Transform insights into compelling value propositions
- Drive business development to expand product line and market reach
- Build relationships with regional business development teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives
- Represent the Product Line to internal and external partners
- Participate in exhibitions and customer meetings
- Define and execute MarCom activities
- Support product launches with marketing materials
- Update market and lifecycle models regularly
- Provide ongoing updates on product, customer, volume, and pricing data
- Align updates with key stakeholders for strategy and planning
