- Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions
- Engage with internal teams and regulatory bodies
- Facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards
- Manage resources and create detailed timelines
- Monitor dependencies across multiple teams
- Ensure timely and successful product delivery
- Lead integrations with other Scalable Capital services
- Enhance overall client experience
- Utilize agile methodologies for product development
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis
- Inform product decisions with industry trends
