- Own product strategy for Trust Services
- Own product roadmap for Trust Services
- Execute discovery for Trust Services initiatives
- Prioritize Trust Services initiatives
- Plan Trust Services initiatives for outcomes
- Translate eIDAS 2.0 into product requirements
- Translate EUDI Wallet architecture into product requirements
- Create crisp product specs
- Define user journeys
- Define acceptance criteria
- Create engineering-ready backlog items
- Manage stakeholder alignment
- Act as product ambassador
- Communicate trade-offs and decisions transparently
- Partner with engineering leadership
