- Collaborate with engineering to quickly launch services
- Expand service offerings across European markets
- Develop and manage the Services roadmap
- Conduct weekly interviews with installers
- Understand and map local regulations and partner requirements
- Write clear Linear tickets and PRDs
- Work closely with Design and Engineering
- Prototype workflows using AI tools
- Ensure commercial success of Services
- Measure impact through shipped features
