- Create managed services portfolio roadmaps
- Design content for new global managed cloud services
- Define offerings for new global managed cloud services
- Perform cost calculation for new global managed cloud services
- Manage end-to-end service offers
- Oversee go-to-market, portfolio, and delivery
- Focus on portfolio lifecycle management
- Support sales and presales teams with expertise
- Maintain key product documentation
- Manage SOWs, costing, pricing, and sales enablement
- Collaborate with Presales & Bid Management
- Provide internal teams with product knowledge
- Conduct enablement sessions for market launch readiness
- Prepare decision-making templates for management
