- •Build data products and analytical capabilities
- •Transform rider feedback into actionable insights
- •Aggregate and cluster rider feedback data
- •Build KPI driver trees and explanatory models
- •Combine feedback with operational and system data
- •Build and maintain insight dashboards
- •Translate company needs into a product roadmap
- •Partner with design and research teams
- •Champion the rider perspective in autonomous mobility
- •Identify high-impact opportunities for company goals
- •Drive execution and shape quarterly planning
- •Collaborate with the Technical Lead on quality
- •Manage dependencies and cross-team initiatives
- •Coordinate with external autonomous driving partners
- •Represent the team within the Product Community
