As a Product Manager for Medical Devices, you will drive product development from idea to market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company strategy. Your role involves collaborating with various teams, managing product lifecycles, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• •Extensive research, in-depth knowledge, and creativity
• •Anticipation, identification, definition, and resolution of complex problems

Tasks

• •Develop product requirements based on market needs and customer feedback
• •Manage the product portfolio from conception to discontinuation
• •Create and maintain product documentation following regulatory processes
• •Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape product features
• •Account for revenue and gross margin for assigned products
• •Create product concepts, plans, and roadmaps for next-generation products
• •Build product strategies aligned with the company's vision
• •Prepare and review product requirements documents
• •Support marketing with value propositions, pricing, and product positioning
• •Collaborate with marketing to develop business cases for new product introductions
• •Conduct product validation in laboratory and clinical settings
• •Utilize clinical indication and application knowledge in minimally invasive surgery
• •Manage product changes and discontinuations with key account management
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with customers, sales, and R&D
• •Execute product lifecycle management and competitive analysis
• •Contribute to and support the risk management process
• •Coordinate sustaining activities and regulatory processes like clinical evaluations
• •Act as a medical product consultant
• •Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
• •Implement instructions from quality management and occupational safety representatives
