Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Electrochemistry, or comparable field
  • Experience in product management or technical leadership in electrolysis, hydrogen, or energy technologies
  • Strong knowledge of electrolyzer technologies and hydrogen systems
  • Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions for complex industrial products
  • Strong business mindset with experience in market analysis, customer requirements, and TCO/business case evaluation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluent English, knowledge of German or other languages is a plus

Tasks

  • Own end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle
  • Align product roadmap with business and growth objectives
  • Translate market, customer, and regulatory insights into product requirements
  • Prioritize development initiatives
  • Interface with engineering, R&D, sales, operations, and executive management
  • Drive product decisions based on performance, cost, and functionality
  • Develop product positioning and value propositions
  • Create go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams on customer documentation
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Steer continuous improvement and portfolio optimization

  • Bachelor's degree
