Requirements

  • •Exposure to product management or development of low-latency or high-frequency trading systems
  • •Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • •Deep technical understanding of modern electronic trading systems
  • •Solid understanding of financial trading principles and risk management practices
  • •Proven track record of translating business and quantitative needs into technology requirements
  • •Deep understanding of market microstructure in crypto markets
  • •Genuine passion for digital assets and crypto trading
  • •Experience with agile product management methodologies
  • •Background in software development or infrastructure engineering
  • •Familiarity with regulatory compliance for financial markets
  • •Previous experience in the fintech sector, particularly with derivatives markets
  • •Versatile skill set across research responsibilities

Tasks

  • •Drive the design and continuous improvement of HFT systems
  • •Achieve and maintain sub-millisecond latency for trading operations
  • •Ensure 99.99% uptime for critical trading systems
  • •Shape product activities to enhance commercial impact
  • •Lead the development of trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools
  • •Communicate the product roadmap to traders, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • •Oversee stress-testing of trading systems and integrate them into back-testing frameworks
  • •Define and integrate compliance and regulatory requirements into the product roadmap
  • •Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges
  • •Monitor the competitive landscape for strategic threats and opportunities
  • •Facilitate communication between traders, quants, engineers, and business stakeholders
