Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle
- Experience with cross-functional teams in agile environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with product/project management tools
- Experience in food industry, preferably ingredients
- Experience in alternative proteins (plus)
- Proven track record of managing successful products
- Strategic thinking and market sizing
- Integrate insights into product vision/strategy
- Ability to translate market needs into product solutions
- Agile and flexible with short deadlines and change
- Desire to shape and build business
- Experience in food industry, preferably ingredients
- Experience in alternative proteins (plus)
Tasks
- Define product vision and strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain product roadmap
- Collaborate with solution development for product specs
- Prioritize features based on feedback and demand
- Oversee product development lifecycle
- Act as primary point of contact for product inquiries
- Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback
- Ensure user-centric product design
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback
- Maintain high usability and customer satisfaction
- Analyze product performance data and KPIs
- Use data insights for product decisions
- Regularly report on product performance metrics
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales training
- Monitor and assess go-to-market activities
- Manage product budget efficiently
- Forecast costs and revenue with finance and operations
