Product Manager Fire Safety - Detection and Signaling(m/w/x)
Product lifecycle management for fire detection and signaling systems in smart buildings. 5+ years B2B product management experience required. Employee share programs, company car for private use.
Requirements
- University degree or higher education in engineering, business engineering, or comparable field
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B environment
- Comprehensive understanding of business economics and financials, long-term strategic attitude
- Experience in fire safety industry or related building management systems and services
- Familiarity with lean/agile development methodologies, such as SAFe, is advantageous
- Resilience in challenging situations, well-structured and analytical approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of German and other European languages is an added advantage
- Legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland
Tasks
- Oversee entire product lifecycle
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps
- Define new products based on customer needs
- Support new product launches
- Maintain product families to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements

- Maintain and enhance existing products

- Identify market and regulatory trends
- Analyze competitive dynamics
- Identify areas for product enhancement
- Generate detailed competitive analysis
- Develop marketing strategies for product launches
- Coordinate sales teams
- Manage promotional activities
- Align stakeholders for seamless product introduction
- Conduct regular portfolio analysis
- Assess performance of existing products
- Identify opportunities for innovation
- Ensure alignment with business strategy
