- •Manage the vehicle-to-platform connectivity backlog
- •Handle SIM and MNO lifecycle topics
- •Break down features into actionable backlog items
- •Define clear scope and acceptance criteria
- •Support development teams with daily decision-making
- •Coordinate requirements and timelines with external partners
- •Resolve operational issues with technology suppliers
- •Manage dependencies and impediments within the ART
- •Inform stakeholders about progress and risks
- •Contribute to PI Planning and system demos
- •Monitor operational quality and connectivity health
- •Prioritize and deliver necessary corrective actions
- •Align scope and timing with other Product Owners
- •Optimize team flow and delivery efficiency
