- Define scope and clear acceptance criteria
- Support development teams with daily decisions
- Coordinate with external MNOs and SIM providers
- Align delivery timelines with technology suppliers
- Resolve operational issues and delivery impediments
- Inform stakeholders about progress and risks
- Contribute to PI Planning and system demos
- Monitor operational quality and connectivity health
- Prioritize and deliver corrective actions
- Align scope and dependencies with Product Management
- Optimize team flow and delivery efficiency
