You will drive growth in the commercial refrigeration segment by shaping product portfolios and leading a small team, ensuring success through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• •3–5 years experience in product management or business development
• •Experience in commercial refrigeration or related fields
• •Track record in business development, sales strategy, or leadership
• •Experience in team management or project coordination
• •Strong communication, mediation, and listening skills
• •Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• •Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
• •Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
• •Business fluency in English and ideally German
• •Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• •Willingness to travel internationally on short notice

Tasks

• •Lead the commercial refrigeration product range development
• •Identify new market opportunities
• •Refine strategies using market trends and customer insights
• •Monitor and manage key performance indicators
• •Strengthen partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers
• •Collaborate with sales and key account management
• •Coordinate with procurement, pricing, and logistics teams
• •Implement e-commerce product strategies
• •Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information
• •Implement data management best practices
• •Manage a team of 2–3 Junior Product Managers
• •Foster team growth and skill development
