Requirements

• •Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• •Knowledge of fluid handling and single-use technologies
• •Knowledge of filtration and chromatography processes
• •Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
• •Experience in product, technical sales, or project management
• •Strong commercial and technical acumen
• •University degree
• •Track record of strategic thinking
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Fluency in English
• •German language skills preferred
• •Proactive and analytical mindset
• •Curiosity, flexibility, and drive for improvement

Tasks

• •Define and execute product-market strategies
• •Monitor global market trends and customer needs
• •Track regulatory developments in biotech and pharma
• •Manage the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• •Develop business cases and technical specifications
• •Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and R&D
• •Coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance departments
• •Align product features with sector-specific requirements
• •Support go-to-market activities and training
• •Provide input for marketing campaigns
• •Collaborate closely with Communications and Sales teams
• •Present product initiatives to senior management
