Tasks
- Pair with a Product Lead in a product tribe
- Gather insights and needs from clients and stakeholders
- Translate needs into specifications for new features
- Collaborate with the tech team in an end-to-end scrum squad
- Develop a deep understanding of the incentives market
- Identify customer needs through analysis and research
- Build relationships with Technical Account and Integration Managers
- Facilitate product development with integration partners
- Communicate with other departments to improve collaboration
- Share knowledge and insights with other teams
