Product Manager and Designer - SAP Treasury(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the treasury product vision by leading a dedicated team to deliver high-value digital solutions, ensuring every release aligns with the company's strategic roadmap and security standards.

Requirements

• •Degree in computer engineering, business school, or equivalent
• •10+ years in IT environment or global projects
• •5+ years as Product Manager or lead position
• •5+ years SAP FI/FSCM/Treasury hands-on experience
• •Experience with end-to-end SAP payment processes
• •Customizing experience in TRM and IHC
• •2+ years in Business Process Design or Modelling
• •Experience in workshop animation
• •2+ years managing team dynamics and mentoring

Tasks

• •Define and communicate the treasury product strategy and roadmap
• •Maximize value delivery through the digital product
• •Lead the product team and communicate the vision to partners
• •Collaborate with other IT product managers to ensure alignment
• •Prioritize the product backlog and define key metrics
• •Identify and support treasury-related innovation opportunities
• •Oversee product releases and measure outcome realization
• •Promote user experience and change management practices
• •Guide the team from product discovery to final execution
• •Decide on product features and technology upgrades
• •Escalate staffing needs for internal and vendor teams
• •Develop an outcome-centric mindset to ensure product adoption
• •Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and GDPR standards
• •Design and implement solutions based on user requirements
• •Support recruitment and coach product team members
